Our local fundraising partner in this area is Stroud Valleys Project
Originally founded to help protect the industrial heritage of Stroud and its five valleys, the group works with local community groups and volunteers, helping, inspiring and training them to discover and nurture the wildlife and green spaces on their doorsteps.
They offer a wide range of projects which aim to deliver three key goals: engage with communities on a range of environmental issues, provide learning resources and protect local biodiversity. Stroud Valleys Project has long been known for working with local communities at wildlife sites and on environmental projects.
