Our local fundraising partner in this area is Oxford Food Hub
The centre of surplus food redistribution in Oxfordshire, the Oxford Food Hub helps to prevent food waste and help alleviate food poverty.
The group’s mission is to prevent good food from going to waste, reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment. The team collects surplus food from wholesalers, supermarkets and restaurants. This food is given to charities and community organisations across Oxfordshire, including community cafes, schools, nurseries, social enterprises and more.
