Winter mojito
Serves 2, Ready in 10 minutes

Cranberry juice gives the classic mojito a festive twist
Ingredients
- 40ml fresh lime juice, plus slices of lime to garnish
- 2 tsp Fairtrade granulated sugar
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- 100ml dark rum
- 150ml Co-op cranberry juice drink
- Blackberries, to garnish
Method
- Put the lime juice, sugar and 1 rosemary sprig In a cocktail shaker and muddle together to release the flavours from the rosemary*
- Add the rum along with a handful of ice, secure the lid and shake vigorously until chilled
- Strain into two long glasses filled with ice
- Top up with the cranberry juice and garnish with the blackberries, lime slices and rosemary sprigs to serve
- If you don’t have a muddler, you can use the end of a rolling pin for this – you just need to bruise the rosemary and continue until the sugar has mostly dissolved*
