Hugo Spritz Cocktail

The coolest new cocktail on the block, perfect for summer

Ingredients

  • 5-6 mint sprigs
  • 200ml Co-op elderflower pressé
  • 200ml Co-op Irresistible Indian tonic water
  • 200ml Co-op Irresistible Prosecco
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Divide 5-6 mint sprigs between 2 glasses
  2. Crush or muddle to release the flavour
  3. Add some ice
  4. Divide 100ml each elderflower pressé, tonic water and Prosecco equally between the glasses
  5. Garnish each with a lemon wedge to serve
