Hugo Spritz Cocktail

The coolest new cocktail on the block, perfect for summer
Ingredients
- 5-6 mint sprigs
- 200ml Co-op elderflower pressé
- 200ml Co-op Irresistible Indian tonic water
- 200ml Co-op Irresistible Prosecco
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- Divide 5-6 mint sprigs between 2 glasses
- Crush or muddle to release the flavour
- Add some ice
- Divide 100ml each elderflower pressé, tonic water and Prosecco equally between the glasses
- Garnish each with a lemon wedge to serve
