Grilled Macaroni and Bacon Sandwich

Treat your friends by sharing out this next-level toastie
Serves 8, Ready in 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 8 rashers Co-op British smoked streaky bacon
- 20g Co-op unsalted butter
- 4 slices Co-op Irresistible sourdough
- 400g Co-op macaroni cheese
Method
- Cook the bacon under a preheated grill for 4 mins, turning halfway
- Set aside
- Spread the butter over 1 side of the bread, then turn over 2 slices so the buttered side is underneath
- Divide the macaroni cheese between them and top with the bacon, then the remaining bread, buttered-side up
- Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat and cook the sandwiches for 4-5 mins on each side, until the bread is golden and the filling is warmed through
- Cut each toastie into 4 and serve
