Easter Cream Tea

You’re in for a treat with this tasty spin on a classic British cream tea.
Ingredients
- 150ml Co-op double cream
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 4 Co-op Irresistible sourdough hot cross buns, toasted
- 4 heaped tsp Co-op raspberry jam
Method
- Whip the cream with the lemon zest
- Take the hot cross buns and spread 1 heaped tsp jam onto the base of each, then add the lemon cream
