You’re in for a treat with this tasty spin on a classic British cream tea.

Ingredients

  • 150ml Co-op double cream
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 Co-op Irresistible sourdough hot cross buns, toasted
  • 4 heaped tsp Co-op raspberry jam

Method

  1. Whip the cream with the lemon zest
  2. Take the hot cross buns and spread 1 heaped tsp jam onto the base of each, then add the lemon cream
