Chocolate Orange Mousse

Grab a couple of spoons and share one of these eggscellent choc pots
Ingredients:

2 x 100g bars Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade 56% cocoa dark chocolate with orange

400ml Co-op double cream, plus 2 tbsp

1 tsp Co-op unsalted butter
-
2 tbsp orange liqueur
-
50g Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade Ghanaian white chocolate

10 chocolate egg decorations
-
3 tsp Co-op Fairtrade cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions:

Break up the dark chocolate and put in a heatproof bowl with 200ml of the double cream and the butter
-
Place over a pan of gently simmering water, making sure the base doesn’t touch the surface

Heat for 8-10 mins, stirring once or twice, until the chocolate has melted, then stir in the liqueur

Remove the bowl from the pan and leave to cool completely

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate with the 2 tbsp double cream in the same way, then leave to cool

Spoon the mixture into the base of 5 serving glasses

Whisk the remaining cream into soft peaks
-
Fold into the cooled chocolate orange mixture until combined
-
Spoon into the glasses then chill for at least 30 mins

Decorate each mousse with 2 chocolate egg decorations and a dusting of cocoa powder
